1. Project Runway - I held my tongue when they kicked out Nick over Santino. I was not happy with that at all. The sleeve was falling off of Kara's dress for goodness sake! Grrr! Methinks Santino was kept because he's good drama for the show.
Chloe did an amazing job and you could see Nick was very happy with outfit. And I agree with Heidi, Daniel V. made Chloe look horrible. You know he didn't even try because of his immunity. I'd like to see Daniel V and Chloe at Fashion week.
2. Beauty and the Geek - One word: Wes!
I had to watch the show because the beauties gave the geeks makeovers and all of them look great in their new styles. But Wes turned out to be one hot stud when he was cleaned up and I couldn't take my eyes off of him. Karl also came out cute (but I think it wasn't too hard with him, he was sort of cute already) and Josh was a much needed improvement and I liked seeing his confidence boosted.
3. American Idol - Luckily, the show auditions were coming to an end. It's starting to become lame.
4. Writing - I'm getting way too many ideas with the new script "Tita Coring's Cooking Contest" because I could see this all playing out. I'm toying with naming the aunts because in general, Filipina aunts have colorful nicknames or real names. Like I have an aunt nicknamed "Lily" which is short for "Avelina" and an aunt named "Vener" which is short for "Severina." "Coring" is a nickname for "Corazon" (heart in Spanish) and "Felicing" or "Fe" (Pronounced Faye) would be a nickname for "Felicia." My aunt named "Vincentita" is nicknamed "Tita Vicky" or "Tita Titang."
There's a whole anthropologcal subculture on how Filipinos name their children. Like many Filipino children are usually named after saints, relatives (or usually a combination of their names) or actors. I was named "Ryan" after the actor "Ryan O'Neal." My brother, Ruben, was named after a famous singer in the Philippines, "Ruben Tagalog."
In other words, they have really kewl names, and I need to choose a few.

Santino will barely beat out Kara next time, despite Jay telling Santino he hopes Santino gets canned, but I still think Daniel will win. He has never been one of the last two, and Michael Korrs always seems like he's ready to have Daniel's love child.

That's exactly how I would have envisioned it.
Santino will barely beat out Kara next time, despite Jay telling Santino he hopes Santino gets canned, but I still think Daniel will win. He has never been one of the last two, and Michael Korrs always seems like he's ready to have Daniel's love child.
I have to admit that when Santino is on, he's very on and he does have style. His arrogance just doesn't help him that it shows not just in his personality, but in his clothes. It does work, but not long enough to win a competition.

I also get the feeling that if the third judge did not like Santino's jumpsuit, Santino would have been out. I think that's all he had going for him.
